Drama is a normal part of our human experience. It’s also sneaky and shows up anytime we experience any sort of stress or negative thoughts. We can be in drama within ourselves and outwardly with others.

Too often we live on autopilot and we don’t even realize how much drama is running our life story. It significantly blocks our ability to lead and live a happy, calm, and fulfilled life.

It keeps us stuck both personally and professionally. It prevents us from performing at our highest potential.
