Pamela Biasca Losada brings over 20 years of expertise in human behavior and well-being. She has a special place in her heart for overthinkers, perfectionists, and people-pleasers—those who look accomplished on the outside but often feel stretched thin inside.

She is a Psychologist and holds certifications in Health, Emotional Empowerment, Resilience, Life, Career, Executive, and Immersive Coaching, along with immersive guided meditation facilitation. MaxxCole Beauty & Boutique Co. serves as BWP’s Leadership Hospitality Partner, providing the space and meals that support quarterly board gatherings. We are grateful to Nicole Lerda for her generosity and partnership, which allows our board the dedicated time and environment needed to think strategically, engage in meaningful dialogue, and plan intentionally for the growth and sustainability of BWP. Brave Women Project (BWP) is a nonprofit, community-driven organization focused on fostering a psychologically safe environment and radical support for women's personal and professional growth. Because our mission prioritizes engagement and development over sales-based or recruitment-driven business activities,
we have found that BWP’s membership model is not the best fit for individuals whose work is primarily based in network marketing,
multi-level marketing (MLM), or downline-based compensation.
