A year-long leadership and connection initiative for women 50 and over who are ready
to navigate what comes next, on their own terms.

Not every woman 50+ is struggling. But every woman deserves support, clarity,
and community as she navigates what comes next.

You are not behind.
You are not invisible.
And you are not finished.

Bridges to Bravery was created for women navigating the transitions that arrive at this stage of life, career shifts, identity changes, grief, relationship redefinition, and the quiet question of what comes next. Some women are thriving. Some are questioning everything. Most are somewhere in between. All of them belong here.

The Women We Built Bridges to Bravery For

Women over 50 are living longer, working longer, and navigating more transitions than any previous generation.

Yet they remain one of the most underserved populations when it comes to leadership development, professional support, and meaningful community. Bridges to Bravery exists to change that.

  • 64% of workers over 50 report experiencing or witnessing age discrimination in the workplace.

  • Women over 55 are one of the fastest-growing segments of the workforce in the United States.

  • Entrepreneurs age 50+ are statistically more likely to succeed than entrepreneurs in their 20s.

  • 66% of caregivers are women.

  • Women over 55 are among the most affected demographics for workplace stress, anxiety, and burnout.

  • Many women over 50 are delaying retirement not because they want to slow down, but because they still want purpose, contribution, connection, and meaningful work.

Four Areas. One Integrated Experience.

Workforce & Career Transitions

Women navigating:
• Career re-entry
• Layoffs and unexpected career shifts
• Retirement transitions and identity changes
• Entrepreneurship after 50

• Loss of a spouse or partner
• Loss of parents or adult children

Isolation & Confidence Rebuilding

Women experiencing:
• Loss of confidence and identity
• Feeling overlooked or left behind

Voices of This Chapter

There is no single story of life after 50.
But there are shared moments, questions, and realizations.

About Bridges to Bravery

Bridges to Bravery is a year-long leadership and connection initiative created for women 50 and over who are navigating life, leadership, workforce, and identity transitions. Designed as a permanent initiative of Brave Women Project, it combines meaningful community, professional support, visibility-building, and personal reinvention within a trusted, supportive environment. This is not a workshop series. It is a sustained community where transformation deepens over time.

Participants experience:

Quarterly Curated Gatherings

Thoughtfully designed in-person experiences that foster authentic connection, meaningful conversation, personal reflection, and renewed confidence during seasons of transition and growth.

Leadership & Visibility Support

Opportunities to strengthen communication, confidence, personal leadership, and professional presence while continuing to contribute meaningfully within careers, communities, and relationships.

Peer Community & Connection

A supportive network of women who understand the realities of caregiving shifts, career reinvention, grief, isolation, relationship transitions, entrepreneurship after 50, and redefining purpose in a new season of life.

Professional & Personal Reinvention

Workshops, conversations, and resources designed to help women navigate workforce re-entry, professional evolution, confidence rebuilding, identity shifts, and renewed direction.

Skill-Building & Growth Opportunities

Access to programming that supports continued learning, leadership development, community engagement, and personal growth in ways that are accessible, encouraging, and actionable.

Long-Term Support, Not a One-Time Experience

Bridges to Bravery is intentionally designed as an ongoing initiative, not a short-term program. Women are supported through continued growth, transition, leadership, and connection over time.

The experience begins with a private, thoughtfully designed dining experience on October 13, 2026, bringing together an exceptional group of women ahead of the full program launch in January 2027.

Step Onto the Bridge

Bridges to Bravery is not a one-size-fits-all experience. It is a thoughtfully designed initiative for women navigating reinvention, leadership, visibility, purpose, and what comes next after 50, and for the individuals and organizations who believe these women deserve to remain seen, supported, and actively engaged. Whether you are stepping into this season yourself or investing in the women who are, there is a place for you here.

Become a Member

This experience is for women who are not finished.

Women who are still leading, growing, questioning, rebuilding, evolving, and redefining what impact looks like in this stage of life.

Bridges to Bravery members are welcomed through a brief interest and alignment process designed to preserve the depth, intention, and meaningful connection of the experience.

This is not about where you’ve been.

It’s about where you’re ready to go next.

Bridges to Bravery is intentionally limited to 50 women to ensure a meaningful, high-touch experience where every woman is known, not just enrolled.

Join the Bridges to Bravery Leadership Circle

We are inviting select Brave Women Project members 50+ to help shape and guide Bridges to Bravery from within.

The Leadership Circle serves as a trusted sounding board, connector network, and leadership presence, helping ensure the initiative remains relevant, impactful, and grounded in real lived experience.

This is not a task-based committee role.

It is an opportunity to influence, elevate, and help define what this initiative becomes for the women who will follow.

A thoughtful questionnaire designed to ensure the right experience for every woman.

Bridges to Bravery is intentionally limited to 50 women, ages 50 and over, so that every member is known, not just enrolled.

This is not a program you sign up for. It is a community you are welcomed into, and we invite interested women to share a little about themselves so we can ensure the experience is the right fit for where they are right now.

The journey begins with a private, thoughtfully designed dining experience on October 13, 2026. From there, the program unfolds through quarterly gatherings beginning in January 2027, along with a fifth signature experience connected to
the 5th Annual Pillar Awards in November 2027.
