There's a lie out there.  It's that's there is an ART to multi-tasking.

Not true.

Just because you CAN, doesn't mean you SHOULD.

The problem is, .there's no such thing as multitasking

As studies have confirmed, true multitasking—doing more than one task at the same time—is a myth. People who think they can split their attention between multiple tasks at once aren't actually getting more done.

Even scarier: It's easy to hide behind multi-tasking.
