Brave women need to take time to tackle issues like imposter syndrome, labeling, fixed mindset, negative thought patterns and more. In a supportive and welcoming environment, you'll receive expert coaching on a variety of health and wellness topics. Our sessions blend practical advice with the principles of positive psychology to help you build resilience, enhance your well-being, and cultivate a more optimistic outlook on life.

Whether you're looking to boost your mental and physical health, gain new insights into personal growth, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life,  "Pause for Positivity" is the perfect place for you. Come as you are, and leave feeling empowered to bring more positivity into your life and the lives of those around you.
