About the Event

After a healthy break, Professional Development has returned!

Join Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and resident psychometrician, Holly McIlwain, for a one hour DISC behavior debrief.

The DISC profile creates a language around observable behavior, which in turn improves communication, engagement, and self-development. The TTI Success Insights DISC Assessment measures four separate factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.

Why Use Behavior Assessments?

Different people approach life differently. Each person develops their personal style and, for the most part,

sticks with it. For individuals determined to understand their own personal style, the sky is the limit.
