Her early career was spent in the life sciences and healthcare industry. Tina navigated through operations, customer service, and sales roles at a world leader in allergy vaccination. Subsequently, she advanced into training and sales roles for an additional six years with one of the world’s largest clinical laboratories.

Actively involved in industry and community activities, Winner is frequently tapped for speaking engagements on executive recruiting, networking, job search strategies, and personal branding. She has served as the co-facilitator for the Pittsburgh Chapter of ExecuNet, a private, executive membership network, for over 10 years.
