About the Event

Peter & Holly team up to provide professional development for the Brave Women Project Professional Development

Our shared stories create a framework that anyone can gain insights from and practical take aways to help them build their business, advance in their careers, and activate talent at a higher level.  How?

Peter Schramm is a farm boy to founder--mentorship had a significant impact on the building of a $30m portfolio robots for the Army and the creation of the Lattus platform.

Holly McIlwain is a farm girl to founder--mentorship had a significant impact on the building of a 20+ year career in the NFP (not for profit) space before creating BWP.

What did they learn?

1. Hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard. Life’s not fair. The harder you work the more fair it becomes.

2. Having a mentor and being a mentor is a humble path that pays off. Surrounding yourself with great people changes everything. It is ok to not know everything on day 1 (we all started somewhere)

3. Building something requires an investment that not everyone is ready for. Stepping out of your comfort zone.

---Segue into Lattus, mentor platform, and how to leverage what is right in front of you.
