About the Event

Feeling stretched too thin? You're not alone.

This fall, Brave Women Project is inviting women from across our community to join a guided virtual book experience around At Capacity: Reclaim Your Margins and Your Life in a World that Glorifies Overload by Reyné O'Shaughnessy.

Together we'll explore what it means to live, work, and lead when you're carrying more than seems possible - and what it looks like to create space for something different. Participants will purchase their own copy of the book and join us for thoughtful conversations designed to support - not add to - the complexity of life. Because women don't need one more thing to do. They need space to think, connect, and breathe.

This is for the woman who...

eats most of her meals standing, over the sink.
