About the Event

Lift Your Spirit. Find Your Flow. Energize Your Vision - with BWP!

An Inspired Flow Workshop at the Abby Bolton Arts studio is NOT your typical "paint n sip" session. It's a creative gathering with a higher purpose, crafted by a corporate-consultant-turned-fine-artist to empower anyone with an open heart and mind to create a meaningful painting that reflects and reinforces their personal aspirations.

Whether you're going through a life change, or just want more joy/peace/fun in your days, join other fabulous women for a connected, reflective, freeing and FUN experience that she guarantees even the most "uncreative/unartistic" will love.

The Basics:

  1. Bring a focus idea for something you want to foster in your life - a personal vision, goal, intention, or affirmation

  2. Learn simple poured painting techniques (a.k.a. fluid acrylic or flow art)
