The Discipline of Delaying Distress is a group working session to streamline and strategize away from unnecessary and unproductive stress.

Presented by Holly McIlwain, founder of Brave Women Project. Holly is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst with DISC, with CPDFA, GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach/Trainer, the author of "For She Who Leads: Practical Wisdom from a Woman who Serves”, “For SheWho Grieves: Practical Wisdom for Living Hope”, and a contributing author in “Twenty Won”.

Professionally, Holly serves as the Talent Development Partner on the leadership team of Winner Partners, a retained executive search firm and has a strong consulting and coaching practice throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
