About the Event

Take time out of your busy schedule to reflect on the positive and push out the negative. Brave women need to take time to tackle issues like imposter syndrome, labeling, fixed mindset, negative thought patterns and more. You deserve this time to reflect on the good and leave the session with a brighter and clearer perspective so you can take more, bold brave action.

Pause for Positivity

Join us for "Pause for Positivity" a rejuvenating monthly meeting dedicated to health and wellness, with a special focus on positive psychology. Each session is designed to leave you feeling motivated, uplifted, and rejuvenated.

In a supportive and welcoming environment, you'll receive expert coaching on a variety of health and wellness topics. Our sessions blend practical advice with the principles of positive psychology to help you build resilience, enhance your well-being, and cultivate a more optimistic outlook on life.
