About the Event

This conversation centers on what women need to succeed long-term, regardless of where or how they work. Whether you run your own business, lead a small team, or work inside a large organization, the environment around you determines whether you can lead effectively, grow sustainably, and stay engaged without burning out.

BWP Power Panels are thoughtfully curated conversations designed to move beyond surface-level dialogue and into real, lived experience. Each panel brings together four accomplished women with distinct perspectives and shared commitment to leadership, impact, and growth, guided by two seasoned moderators who know how to ask the questions that matter.

These are not lectures or rehearsed soundbites. They are dynamic, grounded conversations rooted in honesty, insight, and practical wisdom. Panelists speak from experience, not theory, creating space for nuanced discussion around leadership, culture, decision-making, and what it truly takes to build environments where women can thrive long term.
