Whether it’s an insistent coworker, the ignorant boss, the pushy family member, the narcissistic ex, or even the well-intentioned suitor, very-kind friend, or sincere salesperson…it can be awkward to say no, uncomfortable to reject, and tempting to beat around the bush. Let me give you the words and ways to say YES to YOU!!
