About the Event

In these group coaching sessions, we will take time to check in on members’ mental health.  Megan will use positive psychology interventions to tackle ruminating thoughts, fixed mindsets, mental icebergs, and negative self-talk. Topics will include –

  • Introduction to positive psychology and how to apply it to daily life

  • Prioritizing Positivity

  • Mindset – Fixed vs Growth – How to make the shift

  • The Power of Gratitude

  • Tackling Negativity Bias
