The membership dues of $100 will be invoiced to you upon submission of this form.

A couple of conditions of membership do exist.

1) Members are expected to practice  CONFIDENTIALITY regarding membership and discussions.

2) Membership is not compatible with MLM/Network Marketers. 

3) Show RESPECT for the journey that our members are on.

4) DO ONE BRAVE THING EVERY DAY.
