Sali: Second Act Leadership Initiative

Visibility, voice, and value after 50.

Not every woman 50+ is struggling.

But every woman deserves support, clarity, and community as she navigates what comes next.

Some women are thriving.
Some are questioning everything.
Most are somewhere in between.

Meet Sali

Sali is not starting over; she’s stepping forward.

Sali is Brave Women Project’s year-long leadership experience for women 50+ who are ready to redefine what’s next in their careers, lives, and impact. Through four quarterly experiences, and a special Pillar Awards component, Sali is not a short-term program, but a permanent initiative that positions experienced women to be seen, valued, and continuing to actively contribute at a high level.

"We don’t just support women at the start. We support them through every stage of growth, leadership, and reinvention."

The Sali experience begins with a private, thoughtfully designed dining experience on October 13, 2026 bringing together an exceptional group of women ahead of the full program launch in January 2027.

SALI is Strength, Authority, Leadership, and Impact.

Strength

Not about starting over. About recognizing what’s already been built. Women in Sali reconnect with their internal strength, not just resilience from what they’ve endured, but clarity about what they want next.

Authority

Owning experience without apology. Sali creates space for women to step fully into their voice, their expertise, and their perspective, especially in environments where they may feel overlooked or underutilized.

Leadership

Leadership that evolves, not disappears. Whether leading organizations, families, businesses, or communities, Sali supports women in redefining what leadership looks like in this next chapter. Women begin to shape how they want to be remembered, through mentorship, impact, and purposeful contribution.

Impact

Sali supports women in aligning their time, energy, and influence with what matters most, resulting in impact that extends beyond the moment and into how they are seen, valued, and remembered.

Emotional Benefits of Sali

Knowing your worth

Reenergized purpose

Belonging and connection

Renewed confidence in your voice

A clear sense of legacy and impact

Voices of This Chapter

There is no single story of life after 50.
But there are shared moments, questions, and realizations.

Step Into Sali

Sali is not a one-size-fits-all experience. It is a curated initiative designed for women who are ready for what’s next and for the individuals and organizations who believe in supporting them. Whether you are stepping into this chapter yourself or investing in the women who are, there is a place for you here.

Become a Sali Member

This is for women who are not finished.
Women who are still leading, growing, questioning, and evolving. Sali members are selected through a brief questionnaire to ensure the experience remains intentional, aligned, and impactful for everyone involved.

This is not about where you’ve been.
It’s about where you’re ready to go next.

Join the Sali Leadership Circle

We are inviting Brave Women Project members 50+ to help shape and guide Sali from within. This group serves as a sounding board, connector network, and leadership presence, ensuring Sali remains relevant, powerful, and grounded in real experience.

This is not a task-based role.
It is an opportunity to influence, elevate, and help define what Sali becomes.

Invest in Sali

Sali is designed to support one of the most experienced and underutilized leadership groups, women 55+ who continue to influence workplaces, communities, and future generations. Your support helps create access, connection, and opportunity while aligning your organization with leadership, visibility, and meaningful community impact.

This is more than sponsorship.
It is an investment in sustained leadership and long-term influence.

A short, thoughtful questionnaire designed to ensure the right experience for every woman.

Sali is intentionally limited to 50 women, ages 50+, to ensure a meaningful, high-touch experience.

The Sali experience begins with a private, thoughtfully designed dining experience on October 13, 2026.

The program includes quarterly gatherings, beginning in January 2027, along with a fifth signature experience

connected to the 5th Annual Pillar Awards in November 2027.
